By opting in to receive SMS messages from Prestige 2.0 (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SMS Messaging Service

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Prestige 2.0 for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about your appointments. Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive up to 4 messages per appointment. Prestige 2.0 reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Prestige 2.0 and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

Privacy Policy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.

Liability

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.

SMS Program Terms

Prestige 2.0 may send promotional and marketing text messages only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent.

Promotional SMS communications are delivered exclusively through our customer relationship management platform, ActiveCampaign, and may include:

  • Invitations to educational webinars or events
  • Educational content related to GLP‑1 therapies, hormone optimization, peptides, and wellness services
  • Practice announcements and updates
  • Limited promotional offers

Prestige 2.0 does not use this SMS program for appointment reminders, care coordination messages, or other healthcare‑related notifications.

Consent Requirements

By voluntarily providing your mobile number through a website form, scheduling page, or intake process, you:

  • Confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
  • Provide express written consent to receive promotional SMS messages from Prestige 2.0
  • Understand that consent is not a condition of receiving medical services
